Think of it like this:
Fluorite: clarity, focus, mental cleanup
Selenite: cleansing, clearing, energetic janitor
Fire Quartz: grounding, passion, ignition
Labradorite: intuition, magic, psychic activation
Their energy is steady. Predictable. Pure.
You, however—gorgeous chaotic human that you are—bring your stories, intuition, symbolism, and past life blueprints into the relationship.
That’s where the magic happens.
✨ Why Crystals Sometimes Show Up as Past Life Versions of You
This next part blew my mind when it first happened.
Recently, in my Akashic Records, I asked to be shown past lives that would help me shift from my comfortable one-to-one therapist role into a one-to-many spiritual teacher. That’s a whole identity leap.
The Records showed me five lifetimes—each holding a skill I need right now:
Feeling safe being seen as a spiritual teacher
Holding group energy (very different from doing one-on-one work)
Using my voice as an activation for others
Teaching through stories
Leading with clarity rather than shrinking
All beautiful. All powerful. All needed.
Fast forward to a normal day in my office. I’m surrounded by crystals—because obviously—and suddenly one of my fluorite towers starts showing up as a past life version of me.
Her name was Elaina.
She felt like a high priestess from Avalon—big energy, leadership vibes, no shrinking, no minimizing. Definitely not “tiny delicate fairy.” More “move out of the way, I have sacred work to do.”
But was my past life inside the crystal?
Nope.
The crystal was acting like a frequency bridge—a Bluetooth speaker for that part of my soul.
Here’s the best way to understand it:
You = the phone
Past life aspect = the playlist
Crystal = the speaker
The speaker isn’t the music.
It just makes the music audible.
That’s what crystals do with your past life strengths.
They amplify them.
They make them accessible.
They help you integrate them without frying your nervous system.
✨ Do Crystals Actually Have Personalities? Let’s Talk About Brenda.
Let me introduce you to Brenda.
Brenda is a selenite tower that lives in my bedroom.
Had her for ten years.
Walked past her every day.
Never thought twice.
I toss my bracelets on her every night so she can clean off whatever nonsense I collected from other humans that day.
Then one day—I kid you not—I walk past her and immediately get an image of a French maid cleaning up after me.
A whole French maid.
Dusting. Sweeping. Doing her thing.
And I’m like, “Okay… hello? Who are you?”
Her name was Brenda.
Now, why in the world would a selenite want to roleplay as a maid named Brenda?
Because your intuition uses symbols that make immediate sense to you.
Selenite = cleanser
Cleansing = maid
Maid = French maid vibes because my brain likes to be dramatic
Maid gets named Brenda because apparently that’s the energy
Crystals don’t need personalities.
Your intuition gives them personalities so you can remember and interact with the energy more easily.
It’s the same psychological mechanism as naming a bird Pedro.
Once it has a name, it feels personal.
You feel connected.
And then the energy becomes accessible.
✨ Gratitude Doesn’t Feed the Crystal—It Expands You
When I realized Brenda had been cleaning up my energetic mess for a decade without so much as a thank you, I felt guilty. Like I owed her a raise or something.
But crystals don’t need praise.
YOUR gratitude raises YOUR frequency so you can work with them more clearly.
It’s not about pleasing the crystal.
It’s about aligning your energy so you can receive.
Same with angels, trees, dragons, elementals, all of it.
✨ Meeting a Crystal “Person” Means You’re Integrating a Past Life
When a crystal shows up with:

a personality
a human-like vibe
or a past-life identity
